WAPPINGERS FALLS – The Red Cross provided immediate emergency aid to five people after a building collapse early Thursday morning on West Main Street in the Village of Wappingers Falls.
The residents lived at 2676 West Main. The collapse was at 2678, but affected electricity and water to both.
The Red Cross provided lodging and food assistance to two families. One consisted of two adults and one child; the other was made up of two adults.
