Police determined that Rodshan Pittman, 25, had held a party where alcoholic beverages were provided to people under the age of 21. He allegedly attempted to verbally and physically prevent deputies from conducting their investigation.
Pittman was charged with two counts of criminal nuisance, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing governmental administration and violating the county’s social host law.   He is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
