Kingston man charged with rape for having sex with 14-year-old girl

KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston
have arrested a 22-year-old man on a charge of felony rape in connection
with an incident on February 4.

Police alleged that Julio Francisco-Robles had sex with the girl on that
date, but because of her age, she was legally unable to give consent.

Robles was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
