Winter storm warning with snow on the way

MID-HUDSON – The National Weather
Service has issued a winter storm warning for snow, sleet and freezing
rain. This warning is in effect from 7 p.m. Sunday to 6 p.m. Monday.

Accumulations of snow and sleet are expected to be five to 10 inches along
with a tenth of an inch of ice.

Temperatures will be in the mid 20s with winds northeast 10 to 20 miles
per hour with gusts up to 30 MPH.

Snowfall rates are expected to be one to two inches per hour late Sunday
night through early Monday afternoon.
