HIGHLAND – Lloyd Town police arrested a Highland man on Friday in connection with a hit and run accident in which his vehicle struck a pedestrian. The incident occurred on Route 9W in Highland on January 20.
Colin Krom, 29, was charged with reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a serious personal injury auto accident, both as felonies, as well as aggravated unlicensed operation. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.The victim is still being treated at Westchester Medical Center for head and leg injuries.
