WHITE PLAINS – State Police have arrested
a Carmel man after he was pulled over in White Plains and it was discovered
by a computer check that he driving with 24 open suspensions on his license.
Zdzislaw Jarzebiak, 49, was arrested last Friday.
He was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor
vehicle.
