FALLSBURG – Town Police in Fallsburg
have arrested a Loch Sheldrake man on a felony charge of rape for allegedly
having sex with a 15-year-old girl at her home in Loch Sheldrake.
David Rollins, 26, was also charged with the felony of criminal sexual
act and a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was located Tuesday morning in the Village of Liberty, taken into custody
and committed to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Fallsburg Police were assisted by State Police and Village of Liberty
Police.
