POUGHKEEPSIE – A man, who is a level three sex offender, was arrested by Poughkeepsie City Police on charges of rape and criminal sexual act, both as felonies.
Edward Stevens, 46, of the City of Poughkeepsie was taken into custody on Friday and was being held pending arraignment.
