CATSKILL – State Police arrested a Catskill man following an ongoing investigation into injuries sustained by a three-year-old child.
Thomas Yannone, 67, was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from an investigation by the State Police and Greene County Child Protective Services.
Yannone was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
