KINGSTON – Investigators from the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center arrested Yimi Rodriguez-Gomez, 33, of 67 Van Buren Street in Kingston on a charge that he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 years old.
Rodriguez-Gomez was charged with sexual abuse and course of sexual contact, both as felonies, and a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
The Family and Child Advocacy Center was assisted by Kingston City Police.
