Joseph DiLeonardo passed away on June 14, 2024, at 59 years of age. Joe was born on July 8, 1964, at Westchester Square Hospital in the Bronx. He attended St. Raymond School until he was ten years old and then moved to Harrison with his father, mother and sister. Joseph is survived by his wife Claudia, his beloved daughter and “little monkey” Alexa, his mother Christine, his sister Maria and his brothers in law Jeffrey Stoicescu and Ricardo Rosales.

Joseph had several major loves in his life, his family, his friends, his cars, traveling and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

Joe and Claudia met in the summer of 2003, they were married in May of 2007 and welcomed their daughter in August of 2010. He cherished his father, mother and sister and his entire family. He loved being with family at gatherings and sharing a morning cup of coffee with his mom.

He was a friend to many and made friends wherever he went. From his childhood friends to his next-door neighbors to a passing stranger. He was a self-less giving soul. Everyone that knew him, whose life he touched has a “Joe story”.

On the day of his passing, he spent the afternoon having lunch with his daughter and going for ice cream. He passed away suddenly later that afternoon doing what he loved the most, working on his 55 Chevy.

Joseph will never be far from our thoughts; he will never be forgotten and live always in our hearts.
