Alex Jason Brailey, 25, was born on July 4th, 1998, in Defiance, Ohio.
A thoughtful, intelligent, loving man, Alex was deeply compassionate and cared immensely for his chosen few.
Alex graduated with honors from Red Hook High School- class of 2016 and went on to earn his degree from SUNY New Paltz in 2021. Alex worked as an accountant with In Flight, Inc. based in Red Hook, NY until his passing on November 1, 2023.
His parents, John and Cindy (Videnovic) Brailey of Milan, and his siblings John of Kingston, Michael of Elizaville, and Morgan of Red Hook survive him. Along with extended family and friends.
His maternal grandparents, Velibor & Sarah Videnovic, and paternal grandparents, Don & Betty Brailey, predecease Alex.
His last wishes were that –“no one feel an ounce of guilt, or to think…’could I have done something’. Because you couldn’t”.
All are welcome to attend the memorial visitation that will be held on Friday, November 10th, 2023, from 4 to 7 pm at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes in Red Hook.
