Reports completed for proposed Kingstonian project

KINGSTON – The City of Kingston Planning Office has released environmental impact assessment reports on the proposed Kingstonian Project.

The multi-use project, which would include apartments, a boutique hotel, storefronts, a pedestrian plaza, crosswalk to Kingston Plaza, and a parking garage, would be located at the corners of North Front Street and Fair Street.

The developers of the Kingstonian project have released the results to their required State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) site testing and analyses, including the following documents:

Cultural Resources Investigation

Preliminary Water Supply and Waste-Water Capacity Report

Traffic Impact Study

Visual Impact Analysis

Soil Resource Report

Preliminary Storm Water Report

Threatened and Endangered Species Report

Geo-technical Report

Soil Analysis

Site Investigation

Asbestos Survey for Herzog’s Building

More information will be forthcoming regarding the next public meeting for the planning board to hear comments on the reports’ findings.
