KINGSTON – The average selling price of a single-family home in Ulster County rose by 13 percent in the first three-quarters of 2022 compared to the same period last year.
The Ulster County Board of Realtors also reports the number of sales dropped by 22 percent.
Homes sold slightly faster this year, remaining on the market over five percent fewer days than in 2021.
In September, available listing fell by 12 percent.
