NEW WINDSOR – A traffic stop on Windsor Highway in New Windsor shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday resulted in the arrests of three teens for criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
The vehicle was reported stolen from the City of Newburgh and had license plates reported stolen from the Town of Newburgh.
The three occupants arrested were identified as Logan Delaney, 18, of Middletown, Edgardo Louis O’Neill, 18, of Middletown, and a 16-year-old boy from Newburgh.
The two 18-year-olds were held pending arraignment in Central Arraignment Court in Goshen while the adolescent offender was held pending arraignment in the Youth Part of County Court.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact New Windsor Town Police at 845-565-7000.
