GOSHEN – Two men face prison sentences of seven years when sentenced in September on charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Both Ronald Lempka, 23, of Middletown, and Keanu Alicea, 29, of Montague, New Jersey, pled guilty and will also face five years of post-release supervision.

During the course of the months-long undercover investigation into the trafficking of cocaine in and around the Town of Wallkill via Montague, warrant searches of residences and vehicles yielded 150 grams of cocaine, over $28,000 in cash and a defaced handgun.

At the plea proceedings, the men admitted to selling one-half ounces or more of cocaine.

The investigation was conducted by the Orange County Drug Task Force, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police Violent Gangs and Narcotics Enforcement Team; Sussex, New Jersey Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force; Town of Wallkill Police; City of Middletown Police; and the Hudson Valley Crime Analysis Center.
