POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force Thursday executed search warrants at several locations in Poughkeepsie as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal drugs. The raids were conducted simultaneously at the locations.
One of the mid-morning search warrants was executed at the Spanish diner at 96 Washington Street around 11 a.m. The task force was assisted by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office ESU and the City of Poughkeepsie Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit.
Several suspects were taken into custody on Washington Street and at least one vehicle was towed from the scene by law enforcement.
