NEWBURGH – A two-alarm fire at 24-28 City Terrace in the City of Newburgh this morning (Thursday) brought out mutual aid support from area departments.
Flames shot out of the apartments at the three-story 24 City Terrace initially just before 3 a.m. and within minutes, they spread to 26 and 28 City Terrace.
Firefighters were still on the scene at 5 a.m.
