KINGSTON – The Kingston Water Department is now offering electronic billing.
Water customers may receive their quarterly bill via email by enrolling at https://kingston-ny.gov/water. To enroll, click the e-bills link and then provide the requested account information.
As always, customers can make payments through the water department’s online payment portal at kingstonny.munisselfservice.com/css, or complete an electronic payment option form on the website for automatic quarterly payment.
