Few cast ballots in Putnam County’s early voting

CARMEL – Few cast ballots in Putnam County for primaries in early voting for registered Republicans and Working Families Party registrants ahead of Tuesday’s primary election.

County residents interested in casting their ballots ahead of time had nine days in which to vote and when the polls closed Sunday afternoon, Elections Commissioner Cathy Croft reported only 70 early ballots had been cast throughout the nine days.
