Mayor officiates at 400th wedding

KINGSTON – Mayor Noble often performs wedding ceremonies at Kingston City Hall for Kingston residents.

Some weeks, he officiates at several ceremonies. This week, he performed his 400th wedding ceremony since taking office.

After performing their nuptials, he congratulated Terry and Robert on tying the knot.
