HURLEYVILLE – A couple, who police would only say are not from Sullivan County, were arrested and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail after their arrest for allegedly burglarizing a Hurleyville home on June 13.
Fallsburg Police responded to the residence, made contact with the homeowner, and it was alleged that Scott Schneidermesser and Mindy Flamion-Schneidermesser had gained entry into the home by breaking a door lock.
Both suspects were taken into custody at the scene by officers.
They were charged with burglary and criminal mischief as felonies and a misdemeanor of petit larceny.
