Carmel Police arrested Frank W. Golinello on Thursday after officers located a downed motorcyclist with serious leg injuries after being struck by a gray Cadillac SUV.

determined that the driver of the Cadillac was operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Golinello was taken into custody and transported to CPD headquarters for processing on the felony charges.

He was arraigned by Carmel Town Justice Daniel Miller and released upon his own recognizance pending a future court date.

The 19 year old motorcyclist from Mahopac who was not identified was admitted to a local hospital in serious condition.
