BREWSTER- Join us for National Pollinator Week to celebrate our winged allies at two free events.

Pollinator Week (June 17th to 23rd, 2024) is a celebration of the vital role that pollinators play in our ecosystems, economies, and agriculture. These essential creatures, including bees, butterflies, moths, bats, beetles, and hummingbirds, are the unsung heroes behind the food we enjoy and the beauty that surrounds us. Join us Friday, June 21st, and Saturday, June 22nd, in our pollinator habitats and envision a future where pollinators not only survive but thrive.

These two free events will include tours of our gardens and discussions about building your own pollinator-friendly landscape. Putnam Pollinator Pathway volunteers will show you what you can do to support pollinators. These events are shine or light rain and will only be cancelled in case of extreme weather (see our social media feed for cancellation). No registration is necessary.

We hope to see you in the garden Friday June 21st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 1 Geneva Rd, Brewster NY and on Saturday June 22nd  from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Desmond Fish Public Library, Route 9D, Garrison, NY.
