KINGSTON- The COOP Concept is thrilled to announce the launch of the second year of its groundbreaking Employment Training and Work Readiness Program, aimed at empowering 14-15 year-olds with essential skills for future success. Building on the success of its inaugural year, the program is now accepting applications and offers a flexible participation model with options ranging from paid positions to volunteer roles.

The COOP Concept’s Employment Training and Work Readiness Program is designed to equip young individuals with practical work experience, professional skills, and personal development opportunities. This year’s program features a comprehensive curriculum that includes workshops on job preparedness, financial literacy, teamwork, and leadership, alongside hands-on work experience in various industries.

The program is open to youth aged 14-15 who are eager to gain valuable work experience and develop their professional skill set. Applications are currently being accepted, and interested individuals are encouraged to apply early due to limited slots.

People who are passionate about working with us can apply online through The COOP Concept’s website at http://www.thecoopconcept.org/ .  The application process is simple, and it includes a short online form and an interview.
