KINGSTON – A person jumped off the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to Ulster County 911.
Several area rescue agencies responded to the Hudson River to investigate.
Emergency medical services said the was person was a woman who jumped from the mid-span.
At about 11:08 p.m., marine units reported recovering the person and bringing her to the shore.
At about 11:35 p.m., a man was going to jump off the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, but bridge employees were able to stop him. Emergency medical services responded to transport him to the hospital.
Meanwhile, at 5:07 Monday morning, EMS was called out to a jumper off the Bear Mountain Bridge.
On Friday afternoon, a man jumped off the Bear Mountain Bridge. His body was recovered that day.
