The YWCA Ulster County and the League of Women Voters of the Mid-Hudson Region proudly announce a collaborative effort to advocate for equality and women’s rights with a special event featuring Gabi Madden, candidate for NYS Assembly in District 103.
Scheduled for Tuesday, May 14th at 5:30 p.m., the meet and greet will take place at 209 Clinton Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. Attendees can expect engaging conversations, light refreshments, and an opportunity to rally for the passing of the Equal Rights Amendment in New York State.
This event serves as a platform to unite individuals in support of legislative actions that promote equality for all.
In addition to discussions with Gabi Madden, the event will provide assistance with voter registration and insights into upcoming elections, empowering attendees to actively participate in shaping the future of their communities.
Unfortunately, Sarahana Shrestha, originally scheduled to attend, will be unable to join due to prior commitments in Albany.
