TOWN OF WAPPINGER – Two people suffered injuries at a Wappinger massage parlor on Saturday. First responders were dispatched to the Wellness Center at 1490 Route 9 in Wappinger at 3:40 pm for a report of two stabbing victims.
Police, fire, and EMS personnel encountered a language barrier issue with employees when they arrived.
Early reports indicate one person suffered minor lacerations to the hands.
The second victim sustained more serious injuries and was transported by ambulance for further treatment.
The alleged perpetrator was said to have fled the scene in an unknown direction.
