WINDHAM – A 38-year-old Hunter man was killed late Tuesday afternoon, April 2, when his 2010 Toyota ran off Route 23 in the Town of Windham and struck a tree.
State Police said the driver, Adam Kingsley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
