GOSHEN – Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus has named Timothy Flanagan as the county’s new director of Operations and Cost Control. The retired state trooper replaces Alicia D’Amico, who has retired.
Neuhaus said Flanagan is well qualified for the job.
“He is a retired State Police investigator, has a background in a number of things working in the State Police in investigating frauds and all sorts of financial crimes, so he is going to be a great addition to our team,” Neuhaus said.
D’Amico served from 2014-16 as chief of staff to Neuhaus, deputy commissioner of General Services/IT from 2018-2022, and director of Operations and Cost Control from 2022 to her retirement.
