POUGHKEEPSIE – Thirty-seven-year-old Tyrone Moye, arrested during a drug raid at his residence on Wednesday morning, was in the Dutchess County Jail on Thursday when he was arrested and charged with the violent felony of criminal possession of a loaded weapon.
The gun was recovered during the raid on Wednesday but tests needed to be conducted before he could potentially be charged.
Just one day earlier, the accused drug dealer was arrested and charged with four felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, arraigned, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
