Second prize lotto ticket sold in Newburgh

NEWBURGH- A second prize-winning ticket for the March 9th New York Lotto drawing was sold in Newburgh.

The prize winning ticket worth $172,396 was sold at Smokes 4 Less on North Plank Road.

The winning numbers were 2-19-23-28-37-48 and bonus number was 42.  The winning ticket matched five of the six numbers and the bonus number.
