LIBERTY- The Sullivan County Soil & Water Conservation District is once again holding its annual spring tree & shrub sale program. A wide variety of deciduous and conifer trees and shrubs as well as nut trees, flowering trees, wildflower shrubs, butterfly shrubs, and perennials will all be for sale.
Other items available through the program are fruit trees and wildlife habitat housing.
Trees and shrubs can be planted for a number of purposes such as wildlife habitat, windbreaks, hedges, screens and streambank, and road bank stabilization.
