GOSHEN – The new Goshen Plaza, which has replaced a former strip mall, is fully leased, company officials said.
Two pad sites remail available, but aside from that, a new CVS pharmacy and large Starbucks are anchors to the shopping center.
The most recent additions to the facility constructed by Fareri Associates are Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
Both of those enterprises are expected to open in the early summer.
Other tenants include Access Physical Therapy, Anytime Fitness, Heritage Financial Credit Union, Garnet Health, Mathasium, and Athletic Republic.
“We are excited to continue to bring new retail storefronts to the Goshen Plaza,” said Christian Bilella, senior vice president of lease and property management for Greenwich Premier Services, the managing entity for Fareri Associates.
