The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Taste NY market located at 4640 Taconic Parkway, Poughkeepsie, New York. Ms. Bhargava is the founder of Anjali’s Cup, a minority woman owned business in New York State. Fragrant and health supportive ingredients comprise Anjali’s offerings.
Inspired by the culture and rituals of her family’s native India, Anjali founded Anjali’s Cup in 2014, with the hope of making turmeric part of consumers’ daily habits through authentic, Ayurvedically balanced drink mixes and spice blends. Anjali’s reverence for turmeric began in childhood, watching her mother use the golden root to treat everything from colds and upset stomachs to sore muscles, and for helping manage Anjali’s struggles with an autoimmune issue that began when she was just eight years old.
