Columbia County man arrested for possession of child pornography

CHATHAM – State Police have arrested a 30-year-old Chatham man on five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Following a law enforcement tip, investigators from the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and State Police in Livingston, determined that Daniel Muniz was in possession of child pornography.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Chatham Court in March.
