TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A 22-year-old man is wanted by Newburgh Town Police on several arrest warrants for crimes and failure to appear in court to respond to those warrants.
Police say Donovan Cesar is wanted on two warrants for burglary, two warrants for petit larceny, and two warrants for trespass as well as obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Town police said Cesar was arrested once in September, three times in December, and one time in January.
He failed to return to any of those court dates so warrants were issued for his arrest.
