POUGHKEEPSIE – An accused drug dealer has been arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of illegal drugs in Dutchess County.
Joseph Anderson, 20, has been charged with the felonies of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after a search warrant was executed at his Harrison Street residence on January 18, 2024.
Fentanyl, numerous amounts of ammunition, a high capacity drum style magazine for a Glock handgun, and other handgun magazines were seized by the Drug Task Force.
Additional charges are pending against Anderson.
