POUGHKEEPSIE- The John J. Durkin Scholarship has been awarded to Marist College Junior, Raven Stanet. Raven, a Hopewell Junction resident, is a Social Work Major and plans to become a Clinical Social Worker.
Each year, the Durkin Scholarship award rotates between one of three local colleges: Dutchess Community College, Marist, and Vassar.
