Dutchess County DPW workers clearing snow on Monday morning.

POUGHKEEPSIE – Dutchess County offices will open at 11:00 a.m. today, Monday, January 8, 2024.  The delay is to allow the county DPW staff additional time to remove the substantial amount of snow that fell throughout the county on Saturday and Sunday.

The delayed opening was announced on Sunday by Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino.

County snow removal teams were back at the Dutchess County Office Building on Monday morning before 5:00 a.m. removing the snow that had been piled up Sunday evening.
