POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has charged three men incarcerated in the county jail with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt and violating orders of protection by calling protected parties.
Bishmi Thrasher, 32, of Poughkeepsie, Saed Ramadan, 45, of Wappinger, and Michael Minchcombe, 44, of Union Vale, were all arrested on December 8, all in connection with different incidents.
Thrasher was charged with two counts each.
All three are due to appear in Poughkeepsie City Court next week.
