Crime Stoppers offers reward to locate missing Hudson man

CITY OF HUDSON – New York State Crime Stoppers has offered a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information that directly leads to locating Robert Coons of Hudson.

The 63-year-old was last seen on Thursday, July 6 at around 10:30 a.m. in the area o0f 325 Columbia Street in Hudson by Columbia County Mental Health.

Police in Hudson were notified on July 9 by Coon’s mother, who said it was highly unusual that she did not hear from him.

Coon was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and work boots.

He was known to frequent the City of Hudson, City of Albany and Town of Shodack.

Hudson Police and State Police Major Crimes Unit have investigated several leads; however, his whereabouts remains unknown.

Anyone with information concerning Coons’ whereabouts is asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hot Line at 866-313-TIPS (8477).

All callers will remain anonymous with no caller ID or tracking.
