NEW CITY – A New City couple living at 45 Ruth Drive was arraigned in Rockland County Court on Thursday on homicide charges in connection with the murder of the male suspect’s grandfather.
It is alleged by Constantinos Doonan, 31, and Jo-Ann Haughey, 26, killed Constantinos Mastakouris some time between January 29 and January 30 of this year.
It is also alleged that between January 29 and March 19, the pair possessed property belonging to the victim that they did not have permission to use.
Doonan and Haughey were each charged with murder, burglary, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, concealment of a human corpse and endangering the welfare of a child.
