KATONAH- The Lexington Center for Recovery, headquartered in Katonah, announced the opening of a new, outpatient Opiate Treatment Medication Unit at 7 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, NY 12522. The program site officially began operations on Monday, October 23, 2023.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Friday, December 1, 2023, between the hours of 12 noon and 3 p.m. Dr. Chinazo Cunningham, NY State OASAS Commissioner will be at the event and will give some brief remarks. All press is invited to attend.
This Medication Unit will provide life–saving methadone treatment to those struggling with opioid addiction. The opioid epidemic has claimed far too many lives in Dutchess County and all of New York State.
We are delighted to be able to offer these additional services to Dutchess County residents. Our staff has worked tirelessly to bring this project to fruition.
