POUGHKEEPSIE – A 37-year-old Holmes man has been arrested ad charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child as a felony.
Daniel Arnold’s arrest stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and the US Department of Homeland Security.
Arnold was arrested on November 22 after authorities executed a search warrant resulting in the seizure of electronic devices and material.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of East Fishkill Court.
