LLOYD- A Monroe man has been arrested by Lloyd Town Police on a bench warrant for petit larceny.
Stephen Rizzo, 42, was also charged with bail jumping when arrested on Novemer 15.
He was arraigned as a persistent no-show offender and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $500 cash bail pending a future court appearance.
