ALBANY – A 25-year-old Cairo man has been charged in federal court in Albany on Tuesday on a charge that he possession child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, on August 7, 2022, Drew Caswell possessed a phone that contained several electronic files depicting the sexual abuse of children.
If convicted, he faces a maximum term of 20 years in federal prison, a maximum fine of $250,000 and five years to life of supervised release and could also be required to register as a sex offender.
