PORT JERVIS- Jennifer Bischoff, owner of Supermix Studio in Port Jervis, will be featured on ABC’s Shark Tank on Friday evening at 8 p.m.  Shark Tank is a reality series where entrepreneurs make pitches to a panel of five venture capitalists, called “sharks,” in hopes that they will invest in their companies.

Jennifer believes she was selected for the show because her products are so unique.  “I’ve built something that has never been done before,” said Bischoff.  “Doing something that has never been done before is very hard.”

Supermix Studio allows children to customize their own clothing.  With more than 5,000 patches available, kids can use an app to drag and drop patches onto clothing and hats to create one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Bischoff believes the “sharks” will see the potential of her business.  When asked what advise she would give to aspiring small business owners, Bischoff said, “if you have something that is special that you believe in, you should absolutely go for it.”
