NEW ROCHELLE – It has been one year since James Cauldwell, Jr. was murdered in the City of New Rochelle and police are continuing their investigation into the October 27, 2022 homicide.
Detectives have identified the suspected killer – Mtayari Dixon, but believe he is hiding somewhere in the southern United States.
New Rochelle Police have been working with other law enforcement agencies including the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, to bring Dixon to justice.
