NEW ROCHELLE – Police have arrested a 58-year-old New Rochelle man with several handguns including one ghost gun – a weapon without a serial number.
Paul Pisani was charged with criminal possession of a weapon following his arrest at his John Alden Road home in the evening of Thursday, September 21.
New Rochelle Police were assisted in the investigation and arrest by the Westchester County Police Conditions Unit and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
